Submission rules:
- Abstracts must be submitted exclusively online via the dedicated portal. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must be submitted by the main author, who will be the presenter and correspondent for the following exchanges.
- The grouping of data from the same work is highly recommended.
- Please note that you may submit only one abstract as the primary author/presenter. However, you may be co-author of other abstracts.
- The deadline for abstract submission is December 15, 2024, 23:59 CET.
- Abstracts must be written in 2 languages. The possible combinations are as follows:
- French / English
- French / Spanish
- English / Spanish
- French / Portuguese
- English / Portuguese
- Authors will have the opportunity to present in Spanish, English or French. There will be no simultaneous translation.
- Abstracts will be selected after evaluation by the CEISAL Scientific Committee.
- Acceptance of the abstract is subject to the decision of the organizers, who reserve the right to accept or reject the abstract.
- Authors whose presentations are accepted will be required to register for the congress and come to Paris to present their work. Video-conferences and pre-recordings will not be accepted.
- All abstracts will be published in the program subject to confirmation by the author of his/her presentation and payment of the registration fee. Accepted abstracts will be published as submitted by the authors, including any errors in grammar, spelling or scientific facts.

Title of the abstract
The title should be typed in using small letters, title starting with a capital letter, and should not exceed 15 words. Do NOT type the full title in capital letters. The title can be in English, French or Spanish. The title should clearly define the topic.
Authors and Affiliations
Please fill in the author details as requested on the form. The compulsory details are: Affiliation (organisation), Country, First name and Last name. Kindly mark only one author as the presenter.
Body of the abstract
The maximum size of the abstract is 300 words. The 300-word limit does not include the title or details about the author of the abstract ; the limit is for the actual text of the abstract.
Terms and conditions
In submitting an abstract all presenters agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I confirm that each author / presenter listed agree with the content of this abstract and has given permission to be listed as an author / presenter
- I have checked the accuracy of the information and referencing within this abstract.
- I understand that should my abstract be accepted for presentation, I am required to complete a conference registration. I understand that my abstract will not be published until my registration and full payment has been received.
- I hereby provide permission for the Organisers and Committee of the Conference to publish my abstract in their chosen format
- I understand that my abstract will be published, if accepted, as submitted and that no editing to grammar or spelling will be undertaken by the Organising Committee.
