K.I.T. Group France Association & Conference Management, mandated by the Sorbonne Nouvelle University for the management of registration, accommodation and marketing of the exhibition spaces of the CEISAL congress (to be held in Paris from 2 to 4 June 2025) undertakes to protect your personal data and guarantees it in accordance with applicable legislation.
The use of this website or service involves the collection, recording and use of information about you. Collection, processing (including data recording, changes, transmission, locking and deletion) and the use of all personal data of Congress participants that are entered during registration are implemented in compliance with the legal provisions relating to the protection of personal data.

Data collected
When booking you are asked to fill in the online form and provide the following information: name, address, address, email, phone number and your booking preferences. This information is essential for the proper execution of your registration or reservation (including sending the booking confirmation). In the case of booking hotels through the REACT platform, personal data (e.g., name, address, etc.) and details to complete your request (desired form, type of participant, additional options, etc.) will be collected. Payment details (bank details, credit card number) will also be requested. In addition, statistical data such as occupation, specialization, field of study etc. may be saved.
Personal data (e.g., name, address, etc.) will be collected as part of a space or object reservation through the ESOS® (Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System) platform. Depending on the type of booking, payment details (bank details, credit card number) will also be requested. Data relating to the exhibition and partnerships may be published in the congress programme and on the website.
All banking data will be treated and stored confidentially and in compliance with the security standards applicable to remote payments. In order to guarantee and protect the data you have transmitted to us, the information is transferred through a secure server that encrypts all your personal data as well as your credit card data. The method of
Encryption used is the industrial technology standard «Transport Layer Security (TLS)». Our TLS certificate was issued to us by UTN – usertrust.com. In addition, technical and personnel security procedures have been put in place to limit access to and use of personal data. Only authorized employees may access it in the performance of their duties related to our services.
Our server and network are protected by firewalls and we have set up an alarm system that detects and manages intrusions and/ or abuse on our server. The details of your credit card will be archived by K.I.T. Group France for a maximum period of three months after the date of the Congress for the management of any claims.
In connection with the use of this website, a series of technical data is automatically recorded, among other things but not only, information about the operating system, the type and version of the browser used, the URL and IP address and the time of connection to the site. This data is stored and deleted within a maximum of 12 months.
The use of certain services may sometimes require the acceptance of cookies. These are text files that can for example contain your access data (login) and allow you to automatically connect to the system and use broader functions. We only place technical cookies to facilitate your navigation. You can configure the use of cookies yourself in your browser settings; you can also delete them.
Purposes: K.I.T Group France collects and stores personal data for the preparation and implementation of the 2024 congress.
In addition, Congress organizers may periodically share personal contact information with third parties, who may be required to contact participants regarding activities proposed during the Congress or transmit information that may be of interest to them. Therefore, the data may be transmitted to third parties unless the participant objects.
Your full contact information will only be provided if:
- you give your explicit consent,
or
- the organizers of the Congress are legally obliged to transmit your data to the competent authorities in the context of legal or administrative proceedings.

The data collected by K.I.T. Group France are not transferred outside the European Union.
All information is collected, stored, processed and deleted in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data. If the performance of a service so requires, the data may be transferred to third-party service providers. In certain circumstances, the data collected may be made available to the authorized State services,
in particular where Congress requires special security measures.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure as well as the right to request the limitation of processing or to object to the processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, in particular so that your data is no longer processed for the purpose of commercial prospecting by electronic means. In the event that you believe that the use of your personal data by K.I.T Group France would violate the rules of protection of personal data, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL. You also have the right to define general or specific guidelines regarding the fate of your personal data in the event of death. Special instructions may be registered with the controller. The general guidelines can be registered with a trusted digital third party certified by the CNIL. You may change or delete these guidelines at any time.
